The LVLs have started separating and twisting therefore compromising their structural intergrity.
South end of LVL is supported strictly by 1 X 8 bolted to studs thru siding which does not provide minimum bearing.
2 X 8 floor joist show some signs of rot and deterioration.
Due to the damage to the LVLs structure will not support its designed load and failure may occur. |
