LVL supporting second floor framing that have been notched considerably on top side.
Porches have been added to exterior of structure with no inspections. Concerns were raised if additional support needed to be added.
Rafters in high bay area are finger-jointed lumber. The finger-jointed splices were separating on multiple rafters leading to conerns of possible roof failure.
LVL installed flat was being used to support block in lue of angle iron. |
